The “KP500” is the workhorse of Heavy Duty Kingpin-Free casters. Precision CNC machined raceway from cold drawn seamless tubing. Made for the severest of applications that require precision and very easy swiveling.
Applications:
For continuous heavy duty equipment service in the heaviest manually operated loads and power driven loads. Bracket will take severe shock and capacities up to 24,000 lb.
Engineering Data:
• 1⁄2” cold-forged top plate.
• 1⁄2” ball-bearing, non-kingpin raceway.
• Embossed 3⁄8” legs welded to yoke base.
Standard Features/Components:
• Powder Coated finish
• Optional powdercoat finish 1” axle.
• 1 1⁄4” x 1 x 3 3⁄8” hardened spanner.
• Grease fittings in raceway and wheel.
Companion “501” Rigid:
