PAYTHANE POLYURETHANE MOLD-ON WHEELS

Paythane Wheels have Polyurethane elastomer treads bonded to cast iron centers.

ENGINEERING DATA
High capacities of steel with the non-marking qualities of rubber wheels. Complete floor protection. Outwears rubber five to one. No compression set. Resistant to most oils and chemicals.

APPLICATIONS
Virtually all floor surfaces. Exception: Around animal fats and blood, as chemical reaction could cause bond separation.

MIRATUFF / MIRAEK POLYURETHANE WHEELS

A bright red 95 Shore A polyurethane is mechanically bonded around and through a tough polyolefin core. The injection molded process locks these two substances. For use on virtually any floor surface under almost all operating conditions. High capacities. Light weight, but resistant to impact, shock and abrasion.

Red 95 Shore A polyurethane tread, with anti-friction Butt Ball Bearing. Delrin bearings for wet conditions. Crown contoured for high capacities and smoother swiveling.

Red 95 Shore A polyurethane tread. Light weight. High capacities. Resistant to impact, shock and abrasion. Timken bearings for heavier applications. Temperature range -20° to 220°F.

MIRAFLEX / MIRAKUSH POLYURETHANE WHEELS

The Miraflex and Mirakush wheels possess an 85 durometer gray polyurethane tread, mechanically bonded to a durable polyolefin core. Since the tire is injection molded around and through the center, the two substances lock as one integral unit. Miraflex for lighter loads. Mirakush for heavier applications.

Gray 85 Shore A polyurethane tread. Please note perfectly aligned Delrin Butt Bearing. Ideal for wet conditions. Anti-friction ball bearings for quiet and easy rolling. Non-marking. Complete floor protection.

Gray 85 Shore A polyurethane tread. Anti-friction ball bearings for hand truck and other institutional applications. Roller bearings for heavier loads. Non-marking. Complete floor protection.
